Brenda has led global brands to successful growth and market share for 15+ years.

At Reckitt

Head of Global Brand Experience for Nutrition, she led the charge to create the Mead Johnson Nutrition Corporate ID. Developed a high performing team of designers to bring Global consistency across multiple channels and brands. Created systems to ensure one true voice of the brands including a corporate intranet to advise and inform regions for ongoing support. During her tenure, Brenda developed and implemented the Design Strategy for Business curriculum as a testament to her relentless communication style she employs with any branding opportunity to share with an eye to business and a design lens.

At Colgate Palmolive:

Global Brand Design Lead for Oral Care and Personal Care. Launching the whitening segment relaunching Optic White, Luminous White and Max White in all Regions.

Global Brand Design lead for UAP category segment relaunching all of Lady Speed Stick and Men’s Speed Stick delivering the strategic design vision for underarm protection throughout the global portfolio. Recently relaunched the Irish Spring body wash and bar soap Brand.

Developed major strategic and experiential design solutions for the Softsoap Brand. As stretch projects designed events for CP Innovation as well as Senior leadership and Brand Experience rooms.Performed all functions in relation to licensing for Colgate Palmolive for well over ten years in the Oral Care Category.
